Position Overview
The Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice of TopTech Innovations across all social media platforms. Key Responsibilities

- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions and relevant conversations, engaging with users where appropriate.
- Oversee paid social media campaigns, optimizing for engagement and ROI.
- Assist in the development of social media content calendars, ensuring alignment with company goals and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Conduct competitor analysis to uncover best practices and inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more) and their audiences.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience with social media management tools (such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
- A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand representation.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how they relate to social media strategy.
